For everyone wondering what happed to the GS Ball. Originally it was intended to hold Celebi in it but then they postponed that to use Celebi for the movie. Due to that the GS Ball had no purpose. They couldnt think of a new use for it and so just hoped viewers would forget about it and dropped it from the show.
